Message: Hawaiians know what is best for hawaiians and Hawaiian culture. From the Dept. of Hawaiian home lands is this statement:
"The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL), and its governing body, the Hawaiian Homes Commission (HHC), understand that the traditional Hawaiian principles used by the kupuna to govern their society, are as relevant today as they were then."
Restitution needs to be complete. These requirements and standards will act as a modern day "small pox" of the Hawaiian culture.
