Message: The indigenous peoples of Hawaii need to be thought of as survivors of a culture that has and is being wiped out by requirements and standards that never admittedly should have been applied to them. The restitution that was promised needs to be given in any form possible, how about letting the "Native Hawaiians" determine there outcome and maybe there will still be an "Hawaiian Culture".
